ClickASave Returns Policy
1. Returns and Refunds
At ClickASave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you have the right to return the products and request a refund, exchange, or replacement.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item is in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- The request for a return is made within 28 days from the date of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable, except in cases of product defects or faults:
● (a) bespoke, “made to order”, created to your specification or clearly personalised;
● (b) sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, if you have received these items and unsealed them;
● (c) perishables, such as flowers or fresh food or drink products;
● (d) sealed audio, video recordings or computer software, if you have received these items and unsealed them;
● (e) pharmaceutical products, if the hygiene sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with;
● (f) pierced jewellery items, if the hygiene sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with; and
● (g) underwear or swimwear, if the hygiene label has been removed or tampered with.
Except in cases where you have reason to believe that an item you've received is not meeting the expected standards of quality, suitability for its intended purpose, or adherence to the provided description, kindly get in touch with our Customer Services Team.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@clickasave.com within 28 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Await instructions from our Customer Service team on how to return your item.
5. Returns Procedure
After receiving approval for your return, please follow these instructions:
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Please ensure that your order number, your name, and a list of the items you intend to return are included within the package. Omitting this information may lead to delays in processing your refund.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your request as follows:
- For refunds: We will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days excluding any discounts that may have been applied during the purchase. There's no requirement to reach out to us; we will get in touch as soon as your return has been finalised. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For exchanges: We will send the replacement item(s) to you as soon as possible. If the item is not available, we will offer a refund.
Please be aware that ClickASave does not bear the cost of return postage. We cannot accept responsibility for any potential loss of returned items. To mitigate the risk of loss, we strongly recommend retaining your proof of postage until you have received your refund.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 28 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as per your preference, and cover any associated return shipping costs.
8. Your Statutory Rights
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK laws.
